Played this and won tickets yesterday morning. asked me to put in my name and address to send the tickets to.  I tried and it kept saying Error 101, contact customer support.  So I contacted them and she responds back, "sorry there was a glitch in the system, it is fixed and you should be able to enter now."
I swear sometimes they don't read what you write.  They half read it. I specifically stated in my contact form that it said I won but I couldn't enter my information.

Did you take a screenshot?  If so I would send another email to them and include the screenshot.

No I didn't.  I was on that screen trying to put my information in.  Oh well.
They just replied asking me to send proof or a screen shot. That happened a time or two before and other prize people just looked back at who won the date and time I said and it was fine. 
Lesson learned.

Had the same thing happen to me the other morning.  Error code popped up right when I submitted my info.  Tried going back onto the site later that day and still showed error code until next morning when it finally let me play again.

I can play again too but when I won and couldn't submit my info, told me to click Contact Support, then it took me to a new page.

I won as well and couldn't get my ticket.  Customer service said they had a problem and just go back on and try to redeem again.  That of course was ridiculous and impossible.  I won on Thursday 2-8. This is a poorly run game.  I never give up on getting what I won, but I really believe this is a lost cause.

I also won on 2-8 in the morning westiegirl . And yes, I think this is a loss. Do not think they will honor it. Told me the same thing...go back on and try to redeem it.
And it is a poorly run game. Makes you play first and then asks for information.  Rather than making you register and sign up first thing.
